Everything begins with a line traced upon a surface.
The line guides, creates, and transforms. Through its evolutionary dynamics, it offers diverse perspectives—shaping new realities and enabling our presence within them. In essence, the line moves through time: existing in the present, promising the future, and carrying meaning from the past.

Gaye Bezircioğlu Senvenli has been involved in a wide range of projects across various scales. She earned her undergraduate degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Izmir University of Economics (IEU) in 2011, where she has worked as a part-time lecturer since 2013, contributing to numerous design studios and academic initiatives.
In 2012 she completed her master’s degree at Newcastle University, within the MAAPs-D programme, focusing on urban-scale architectural studies. Her academic path later led her to the theoretical aspects of drawing, which became the focus of her doctoral research. She received her PhD in Architectural Design from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 2021, with a dissertation on the cognitive processes involved in drawing.
Alongside her academic work, she produces interdisciplinary projects that merge drawing and art, often developed through her own workshops. She currently balances her role as a part-time lecturer with freelance workshops, where she pursues her ongoing interests in art, architecture and design.
